ReiSource was entrusted with the transformation of two historic Manhattan townhouses into a singular, cohesive modern residence. Leveraging advanced scanning technologies, including Matterport and LiDAR, we captured detailed site conditions to establish a precise digital foundation. This allowed us to identify and address critical discrepancies between the existing site and the design intent, ensuring the project’s objectives were met without compromise. Our commitment to precision set the stage for a seamless integration of design and execution.

Coordinating the MEP systems across six floors, with the majority housed in the cellar, presented significant structural and logistical challenges. Our team facilitated collaboration between subcontractors, engineers, and architects through iterative feedback loops and detailed Major Issue Reports. These reports allowed us to proactively address issues, minimizing potential delays and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. The complexity of the project was met with an unwavering focus on detail and efficiency.

Our involvement extended to supporting intricate design elements, such as modeling custom sinks for 1:1 CNC mockups, which added a bespoke touch to the residence. By combining technical precision with creative problem-solving, we ensured that every element of the design was realized as envisioned.
